硫化干燥床

主要特点：

l 硫化干燥床是预发泡机的配套设备，采用高压风机和热交换器形成的热风幕，对预发出来的EPS珠粒进行透析。

l 改善了预发珠粒在成型过程中的进一步膨胀性、珠粒间溶解性及珠粒的弹性，有利于提高EPS制品的质量。

l 与间歇式预发泡机配套的硫化干燥床内的温度达到75℃，并采用振动筛分、块料粉碎和风机输送等装置。

l The vulcanized drying bed is the corollary equipment of the pre-expander. With high pressure fan and heat exchanger to form hot air curtain in the vulcanized drying bed, EPS material can be dialysis.

l The machine improve the EPS material in the forming process further expansion, solubility and elasticity, that is helpful to improve the quality of EPS products.

l Vulcanized drying bed can up to 75 ℃ inside , and uses the vibrating screen points, such as piece of crushing and fan feeding device.
